At Blue Wave Products, we realize that some products will be returned. It is unavoidable. Because of this, we will act as your returns warehouse. We will provide a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number to you when we are notified of a return or receive it back in our warehouse. Once we receive the products at our facility, we will put them back into stock if possible, and credit your account when we do. You will receive confirmation of each return as it is received so that you can contact your customers and cut down on service calls.
In order to provide the fastest possible service, we give you the ability to download orders directly into our server (depending on your computer system). Once your orders are shipped, we send a file that can be downloaded directly into your system confirming shipment, displaying tracking numbers, and advising you of any back orders, including expected ship dates. Electronic ordering cuts down on keying mistakes and saves you time (and money).
